Every Child Has A Name

It seems we are jumping from one event to another here at the DHM! After wrapping up our Hope for Humanity Dinner, we started planning our next temporary exhibit, Every Child Has A Name. This comprehensive exhibit will cover one of the most painful aspects of the Holocaust–the deaths of 1.5 million children. We will be presenting No Child’s Play, an exhibit from Yad Vashem, and an exhibit on the children of Terezin, on loan from the Jewish Museum of Prague. The exhibit will also feature a special sculpture honoring the children lost to the Holocaust created using a portion of the 1.5 million pennies collected by Dallas children.

We hope that you will make a special attempt to see Every Child has a Name. The exhibit opens December 8, and will remain at the DHM until March 18. Be sure to check back here for more updates!
